Squad Info & Training Timetables

We currently have 9 different squads, starting at Junior Foundation to Masters. Our squads are created based on ability and members age, with members progressing through the squads as they achieive milestones and become stronger swimmers.

There are 5 levels of age group squad providing age and ability appropriate training. This includes a Junior Masters training squad for secondary age school children who still wish to train for fitness but due to other school or sporting commitments cannot meet the criteria for other squads. The club also has a Masters squad, for the over 18's, who train several times a week. Some of their members compete across Scotland and beyond whilst others enjoy the focused training and social aspect of the squad.
