Dumfries Amateur Swimming Club
Dumfries Amateur Swimming Club (DASC) wants to help swimmers of all ages and abilities reach their maximum potential in the water. DASC is an Accredited Club and we are part of Scottish Swimmings SwimMark Plus aquatic development programme. We offer training of all levels to swimmers ranging in age from 8 to 65+.

Swimming is the number one participation sport in Britain. More than 2.5 million people swim at least once a week and the same number are learning to swim through swimming lessons across the country.
